With Christmas, nail preferences change and suddenly you can wear bright red, gold and glittery nail colours to work and no one will bat an eyelid! Mylee have a range of nail gels and for Christmas 2025, we were sent the Gel Nail Polish Quality Treats set – two gel nail polishes in red and gold, and both glittery too.
Named Quality Treats as a set of two gels, presumably because they make a great gift, they come in a gingerbread house box set. The colours are called Honeycomb Glow and Candy Cane Crush and glide on easily with just one coating, as is normal with gel polish. If you’ve never used gel polish before, then it’s worth knowing that these polishes will need a UV lamp for 120 seconds or a Mylee LED lamp for 60 seconds. No top coat is needed, but if you don’t set them under either the LED or the UV lights, they won’t set at all and you’ll find you have damaged nails for hours and remnants of polish everywhere for days!
The colours are stunning and would look great at Christmas, or even for a New Year bash and because they’re gel, they will last much longer than varnish, up to 2 weeks.
